New unused meter- Dark green in Color. (9.5/10)
 illuminated   This has to be from some Heath gear, possibly an Amp? 
 
Face is clean . no scratches Leads have not been soldered.

Penciled  Reading on box faint- I think it says 1200MicroAmps
