Gas Plasma (neon) Displays

Hello,

I have come across a handfull of the Sperry/Beckman
SP-351 displays.  These are the 1.5 digit with the '+'
and '-' (ex. +18) Were these ever used by Heath? These
appear to be used.  Can anyone use these?
