HD1410 Keyer Problem

In trying to get my station "all green," I recently purchased a keyer,
HD1410 to use with my SB303/401,  It works fine, except on 20 meters, where
when I hit the key, it locks in key down mode.  It doesn't do it on the
dummy load, only on the antenna.  Any ideas?  I guess that RF is getting
into it somehow.  Tried a direct ground from the case to the 401, no help.
