HW-8

[Paul Hendershott]

Anyone out there in the Chicago area that could help me with the
repair/alignment of an HW-8?  I don't have the proper test equipment to
do the job. It seems a tad weak on receive, and acts squirrly on
transmit with power out jumping all around during tranmit.
