301/401 cw problem

Below is the URL where I suggested modifing the relay driver circuit for
more positive PULL-IN of the relay:

However I don't think that is your problem. If you grounded relay pin 7 as
suggested by WB8JKR, you have most likely already solved the problem. It has
been my experiance that that is the solution for the situation as you have
described it.
