Transister for 2 Meter handie talkie

Need help  The transistor I need is a 3SK51.   I think it can be subbed with
any of the following   3SK45   3SK40     3SK35bl   or  a ECG221.
  There may be other subs that I'm not aware of but being an old tube man I'm
a little lost.  Anyone out there have something lying around or that know
where I might get one without a huge minimal order  Be much appreciated Fran
