Meter Repair

Carl,

Try a little cleaner or alchol on the swivel points. It seems that there can
be a film or oxidation build up that insulates the coil.
I was looking for a meter when I thought the coil on mine was open and
someone from the list (I can't remember who) gave me this little tip. The
meter was fine.
