  John,

  The 1 mh chokes are not critical at all, anything from 100uh
to 2.5 mh would work fine as long as the current rating is at
least 150-200 ma. they only provide a DC path to the B- for
the grids.
 The .82 ohm grid shunt could be made by winding 19.5 feet
of #26 copper around the body of a 5 watt wirewound resistor
of a value higher than about 50 ohms or so.
