What's a SBA-1400-5 ?

I found this in a box of stuff from a recent hamfest, and was wondering
if someone might know more about it.  I gather from the label that it is
a t/r relay, but why one would be needed for an sb-1400 is what has me
perplexed.  Looks too lightweight (a dow-key it is not!) to handle any
significant power, but maybe I'm wrong.  Any info on intended purpose
and specs would be appreciated.
