Most Accurate Clock

I have a Heath Most Accurate Clock, model GC-1000-H.
Ever so often this clock loses the input signal. Sometimes unplugging and
then reconnecting fixes the problem. Now nothing seems to help. Do you know
where I can get help for this problem.
