URM-25D Langford Article

I was on Kees', K5BCQ, website earlier looking over his info on the URM-25D freq gen. He mentioned an article by Dallas Langford, "URM-25 Notes" that was published in the Hollow State Newsletter (no date or issue given). 

Does anyone have that article? If so, would you please contact me privately.
