HW-2-P -- Need model number and source for batteries

After 12 years I am becoming active again. Just took out of the draw my
HW2P but both the internal and external batteries are exhausted. Can
anyone direct me to where I may get the batteries and the correct model
numbers to order. The internal battery looks to be soldered on to the
circuit board. Any help would be most appreciated.
