Hi Wayne. I had a similar problem (not heath related) and this worked, I
already had two hard drives in the computer and a bios that allowed
selecting which was the boot drive, I installed win98 on one drive and an
old non-win DOS on the other. During the bootup I hit DEL and the menu
choice for the proper boot drive. Given the price of older small IDE
drives this  will be a cheap method if the idea will work for you. Good
