SB-1000 switch stuff

The old Ameritron AL-80 (no letter suffix) is the basis for the SB-1000.

Whoever owns Ameritron now can sell you a complete switch (no choice of this
piece or that). I heard it's somewhere around $60-65.

Just say it's for an AL-80. I never heard of them asking for a s/n but if
they di I'd play dumb and say I was calling from work and didn't know I
needed it to order parts.

Don't mention it's for a Heath amp because some mfr's don't appreciate
inventorying parts for other than their intended purpose...they try to
predict how many are needed.
