AT-1 Fix-up Question

I think you guys are all missing the point here.  The question isn't whether the caps need to be replaced, but rather
should Gary try to second guess the propective owner.  Who knows?  He may prefer to have the rig completely original,
never fire it up and sit it on a shelf for display only.  As noted, it would only take a few minutes to do.  Why not let the
new owner decide?
