the new ampkeyer for vintage amps

hello,i am trying to find a url about an amplifier keyer i did see here,but
have had not luck,i am very curios to see it and buy one,i have a SB 200
Which i want to interface with a yaesu 847,i smoked my electronic switching
on the 847,so this time i need to step down the amps and change the ac to dc
as to make it compatible w.the sb200 thanks to all  kb9pil   tony
