Where can I get empty vacuum tube boxes?

I have a couple of boxes of loose tubes (mostly 7 and 9 pin miniature,
but some octal) that I want to sort and test.

What I am looking for is new or NOS "white" tube boxes so I can properly
mark and protect the ones I find good.

Had a google around the internet but could not seem to find a source,
does anyone know where I can get empty vacuum tube boxes?
