I have acquired two more DX-20 cabinets. One is
completely unmodified and the other has had about 1
inch extra cut out of the back opening (about 1 inch
longer on one side). Both have been completely
"stripped" and repainted with gray crackle paint.
This crackle is a bit deeper than most original, but
is about the same as the original paint on one of the
cabinets (it was definitely deeper than most of what I
have seen). Oversprayed with Heath #110 gray from
Total Electronics.
Also included with both cabinets is a reproduction
Crystal Hole Plug Cover. This cover has the "stud"
for the attachment of a large Heath gray plastic knob
per the original (you supply the knob). In addition,
there are four new rubber feet included with the
cabinets.
$90 shipping paid CONUS for the unmodified cabinet and
$80 shipping paid CONUS for the modified cabinet.
Canada will have to check on shipping charges.
Also still have the DX-35/DX-40 cabinet. This
includes a reproduction Crystal Door Cover (missing
from a whole lot of DX-35 / DX-40 transmitters). This
has also been completely redone, with new rubber feet.
$90 shipping paid CONUS. Canada will have to check
on shipping charges.
