Kenwood TS80s + SB200

Check that the relay contacts on the 820 are making a solid closed
connection when you transmit.
They may not be heavy duty enough to handle the current of the SB200. It was
not a problem for the HW101, but that used a big Potter & Brumfield relay.
The 820 may use small PC type relay (not sure)
