The problem with your LMO (jumps) is also a problem with all SB-100-1-2
and the HW-100-101.
The rotor part of the LMO is not making good contact. You need to take
apart the LMO and use a small amount of "Conductive Grease" usually with
an anti-oxidant, on the bearing surface. Depending on who made the LMO,
some have that bearing exposed under a nut on the back side of the LMO.
On other units, you may have to have double jointed fingers. If that does
not work, use about a 14 gage wire, stick it into the grease and go for
it.
You can find this "grease" at most computer stores.
