We also have a letter from a customer with a defective rivet attached.

Perhaps tomorrow I'll tell an airplane "story" that was once told by a
former employee at his retirement party.

Hello all,
   I found an auction for a Heathkit aircraft.  As most of you know, the
original Heath company sold aircraft kits.  This plane looks very nice.  I
just thought you might like to see an original Heathkit.  I sure wish I
could afford one of those!  I always had butterflies in my stomach when I
first turned on a new kit.  It must have been a whole new experience FLYING
your kit for the first time.
