HO-10 Trouble

Hello Heath Enthusiasts,

I have a Heath HO-10 that puts out a good deal of "white noise" especially
around 75 meters. I disconnected the HV from the scope tube and it stops. I
am wondering if any of you have any specific help you can give me.
