The fellows address is available at qrz.com, but I would be hesitant to
blindly send a SASE there, without a response from the email originator.

I think there are many among us who would like to see what this is all about
(me for instance).

Also (and not to rain on his parade), but it is against the laws of physics
to increase gain or sensitivity with NO increase in noise.  What is
reasonable to hope for is more increase of the former and less than this
increase in the latter.
