Go to a BLP or DuPont paint store and get a can of Toluene.  In a 2-4 oz. glass
bottle
with a decent cap that will seal the contents, fill  the bottle about 1/2 full.
Dissolve
many CLEAN, white styrofoam packing "peanuts" or small chunks of clean
white hard styrofoam until the liquid thickens to the desired consistency.
Voila!  You have your own do it yourself "Q-dope"!  When the liquid thickens,
just add a small amount of the toluene to thin.  Do this OUTSIDE and AWAY
from flames as the toluene is VERY flammable and the fumes will make your
head spin with poor ventilation!
