D-104 question

Bob  and all...This  thread  has  gone on many times  and
again  my  2  cents  of  which  some will agree and some will  not...
Leave the amp  alone  and  use  it...According  to the chief  engineer
at  Astatic  that has been  there  for  30 years  that  he  designed
the amp  to make  up  for  the  lousy  crystal  elements  that  have come
from overseas....He says  that it  gives a much better audio  curve
as  can  be seen  on a spectrum analyzer...I  am  an
Astatic  Dealer  and  that  was from the horses  mouth....I  use the amps
on all my  D104's
and  have  3....
