Surface Mount Devices ..need help!

   I have recently obtained a number of small Unbuilt Heathkit
Oscillator kits. These kits were used as part of the Surface Mount
Devices course which had an accompanying text and workbook manuals..
   Does anyone have these manuals? I would like to buy them or pay for a
repro if possible.

        Any help would be appreciated,
