In need of diodes for the SB-610

Hello all,

I have the SB-610 monitor. Recently, the unit decided to break down on me.
It appears that both diodes (57-52) burned up. These diodes are 2000Vdc, at
5ma. In researching for replacement's. It appears that none are available on
the market.

Does anyone have any that I might be able to purchase? Or know where I can
buy them? Thank you in advance.
