More work on SB-200

It appears that I do have bias voltage to the tubes in this SB-200 that
has suddenly weakened in output. I do not have a high voltage probe or
scope to be able to trace signal or test for HV at the tubes. I
remember a key thing in operating this amp. I would tune and set power,
then the strength would slowly sag........ this is before it finally
went consistantly weak in output.
Could a cap have gone bad by overheating? That big 5kv cap going to the
anodes, how does one test that. (safely). My problem could be not grid
current, but HV not getting to the tubes. My meter reads full strenth
HV, but the problem might be after the meter resistor.
Am I on a reasonable path here?

Finally, if I do need these caps, and or chokes, is there a favored
place to order them that maintain the same appearance or spec that this
forum is comfortable with?

As always, thanks for help on this project.
