Good morning all,

I have had a few reports that my HG-10 VFO/ DX-60B has a
slight chirp which I can just hear when monitoring my
sending. It is not objectionable, but it is there. I know
this has come up here before, but I just don't remember the
cure(s). Apart from checking the voltage reg. tube, any
other ideas of where to look? I have finally tracked down
some local RG-62 and will replace the connecting cable from
the vfo the the xmtr. Will that help stability?

BTW, can anyone tell me why RG62 and not RG 58 or 59 was
chosen. Obviously there must have been a reason, I just
don't know what is was. The other works (it seems).

Thanks..
