Server trouble on BAMA????

Anyone else experiencing difficulty accessing manuals on BAMA?
   ftp://bama.sbc.edu/downloads/heath

I can access their index pages OK, but when I try to view a manual (any manual, not just Heath stuff) I get the "The page cannot be displayed" thing.
