2 Items, HW-101

Two things:
1) I loaned out my HW-101 manual a while ago and it doesn't look like it's
going to be returned.  Does anyone have a spare for sale?

2) The receive sensitivity is about half what it should be until after the
first transmission, then everything is normal, until the next day when the
same thing happens again.  Has anyone else had this or know where to start
looking?
