Not any more.  Varian sold all tube operations, including Eimac, to
Communications and Power Industries (CPI) about eight years ago.  Eimac/CPI
occupies the same facilities in Palo Alto as Eimac/Varian had.

If you have a tube with Varian markings, it's at least eight years old.
