SS-9000 Schematic Needed

I am looking for the PREAMP CIRCUIT BOARD schematic on a SS-9000.  I believe
that this is schematic page 4 of 12.  Anyone have one they can scan or copy
for me?  I am looking for the schematic, not the component layout drawing.
Will be glad to reimburse for any copy/mail costs.
