Along with the alignment tools mentioned by this list serv member, Radio Shack is also offering for 97 cents,the soldering gun handle that accepts the separate heating elements of various wattages.
Note,this looks similar to the old Ungar handle,but the RS elements are push-in not screw in types.Good deal for the money if you have,or can get the heater elements.
