If you tack about 50-60 ohms from the cathode terminal to
ground at the tube sockets, ty-wrap the T/R relay into the
transmit position and leave the tube in the sockets, with the
power OFF take a SWR analyzer like a MFJ 259 or
low power transmitter that won't over heat the cathode to
ground dummyload and a SWR bridge and you should be able
to get them in the ball park, figure a cathode Z of about 55 ohms
for a SB-220/221 and about 200 ohms for a SB-200/201
