Sprague Model TO-3 Tel-Ohmike Resistance Capacitance
Analyzer.........$90 plus shipping


This unit is in very good condition and works well. The leather handle
is gone. This will measure resistance from 2.5 ohms to 25 megohms and
capacitance from 0.00001 to 2000 mfd. It has adjustable voltage with
voltage as high as 750 volts and power factor can also be measured as
well as capacitor leakage. This Tel-Ohmike will reform capacitors up to
750 volts. I do not have a manual but can supply a manual from a Sprague

TO-4 which is the newer version. Same functions and specs with a
different panel layout.
