Replacement Knobs

Greetings,

I need to replace 4 of the small control knobs on my DX-60.  Does anyone
have a set or a parts unit from which they would be willing to sell the
knobs, or other gear that used the same knobs?

Are there any aftermarket knobs that look the same, or other equipment that use the same or similar knob?
