BAMA site

The link that Ron sent,  ftp://bama.sbc.edu/downloads/heath/, has a .djvu
file, which I can't read, even after downloading the viewer. It also has a
folder with .gif files of individual pages, but clicking on those just gives
the 'page cannot be displayed' message.

I've sent the links to my friend, as well as the email address of someone
who says he has a manual for sale, so I'll let him take it from here.
