Question: HX-11 versus DX-20

They are basically the same transmitter except for
some cosmetic changes.

The DX-20 was originally designed when the 11 meter
band was available for amateur use. However, there
aren't any changes to the circuitry since the 10 meter
band and the 11 meter band are so close in frequency.

The HX-11 is closer in cosmetics to the DX-20U which
was the version sold in Europe. As for availability,
they are no where as common as the DX-20.

Comparing the DX-20 to the HX-11....the DX-20 has 11
meters. Seems like all else is the same, except Ip
meter type and some knob changes.
