SB 303

I just pick up a SB 303, Should have left where I bought it.

There is a loud sharp whistle noise when I turn the AGC to slow, but if I
turn it back to off then to fast there is no whistle noice, but if I go to
slow the whistling starts and if I turn the switch to fast the whistling
continues until I turn the switch to off,   Any suggestions.
All help would be appreciated,

Also looking for a SB 303 Manual and stand off boards.
