Coletronics adapter for TC-2 Tube Tester?

Heathkit list:

I recently acquired a TC-2 tube tester and in searching the internet for
information on it, I (amongst other things) stumbled across a picture of one, one
which has a "Coletronics" adapter box of some sort, looks as if it allows
newer tube type bases to be tested with the TC-2 (and others I imagine).  When I
searched the internet for "Coletronics", I found a reference to a Coletronics
B-16 adapter, not sure if that is it or not.

Long and short:

Anyone know about this adapter box, have one, etc...??

PS, is the 1/1/65 supplemental tube data the latest there was?
