don't know how many were sold, but I had one I found in a barn....got it
free.

after replacing a resistor, the rig fired up and worked fine. full output in
ssb.

Was mainly interested in using it for tty, but there was just enough drift
to make it hard to use in that mode. You had to "ride" the tuning knob to
keep it on freq. in ssb, but was not too bad.

BTW, it was almost in pristine condition, but gave it to a friend of mine.
