HA-10 Warrior & HX-10

The 811 series tubes, when not biased to "cut off",
often put out "hash" that can be received locally.
The "fix" is to add bias when the transmitter is in
"standby".  Some HA-10 units are worse than others.

The Warrior that I have had the modification to
eliminate the bias when I obtained it.
