HW-100 COntinued

First - thanks to all who helped me with the relay problem. I think it is installed correctly - receiving fine but some work needs to be done on transmit.

The rig uses "O"-rings as belts on the duel capacitor for the preselect section. One of these broke and home depot had none close to the right size - any ideas here?
