HB-220: Many Thanks!

To all those who took the time to write me about my below-normal high voltage
problem, please accept my thanks.  I checked the resistors in the meter
string and yes, they had increased substantially in value to about 6.5 Megs each.
Obviously, this is considerably more than should exist given a 5% tolerance
resistor; my next task will be installing new resistors and checking the high
voltage again.
