SB-102 weak modulation

Hello!

I took my oldie SB-102 in use after some years "sleep" ,seems work quite well,but found 
some little problems with the modulation level. Mic is OK. Is there some well known fault which
can appear after years when not used for a long time,some modulation specified problem,some component fault 
maybe? Any ideas,all the help is very welcom,does anyone know how can I increase modulation level?
