Wanted: Manual for IB-1102 Frequency counter

Hello all,
    I am looking for a manual for a Heathkit IB-1102 frequency counter.  Does anyone have one you would part with?  An original manual is preferred but a copy will do.  Please advise what you have and your price.  Thanks very much.
