Trade SB104A Manual for Extender

John,
I bought the connectors for that extender board before Heath got out of
radio, but have never been able to get my mitts on an extender card long
enought to scan it in to make a pcb mask.
I wonder if anyone has ever made a jpeg of the extender pcb?
