WTB: SB-220, SB-610 parts box or front panel, SA-2060A & SB-104 large knob

Anyone have a decent, nice or clean (or all three) SB-220 they are interested
in selling.  Watching Ebay for a long time on this, you never know what you
might get, and the prices are sometimes quite high.

Also still looking for the following parts:

A nice SB-610 panel or a whole (parts, DOA, dead HV xfmr, etc...) unit if the
panel is nice.

SA-2060A need one large knob (would be interested in one small too).

SB-104 spinner knob.
