HM-2140, SB-104A- help!

[win98server]

 I am needing the meter covers for a HM-2140 SWR meter. they were glued on
the face of the meter. Sort of cheap, but effective till the glue gives way.
Also need some parts for a SB-104A . I need an extender board (like so many
other members on this list), and I would like to borrow or purchase a G, and
perhaps a F card. Also need a service manual, and schematic.
